Our Team

Trescore Advisers draws on the expertise of a panel of 16 highly experienced practitioners and professionals from across regulated financial services and other sectors, built through relationships our founder has developed over more than 25 years in the industry. 

Trescore uses this panel to execute client engagements, provide interim senior management, fulfil NED roles and strengthen our collective knowledge base. Our founder leads the firm and sets the strategy, while remaining directly involved in delivery and client engagements. Our Executive Committee brings together our founder and four panel members (on a rotating monthly basis), giving Trescore independence of thinking and commercial neutrality in every client relationship. 

All client engagements are directly delivered by Trescore Ltd.

Our Founder

Matt Collis is a board level executive with over 25 years experience leading regulated financial services businesses through growth, transformation and transactions. He is a former CEO, COO and FCA approved senior manager across wealth management, banking, investment services and fintech.

He combines commercial leadership with governance, legal and operating depth. This gives him immediate credibility with boards, regulators, investors and senior teams.

Ariana Cortez leads media, PR and charitable outreach for Trescore Advisers. 

Ariana builds and protects the public reputation of the organisations she represents. She manages press relationships, shapes communications strategy and works to keep a consistent public voice across every channel. Her experience spans a number of Fortune 500 companies, including major US broadcasters and Wall Street firms. 

She moved to the UK with her partner in 2023 and joined Trescore on a fractional basis in May 2026. In addition to her internal role at Trescore, Ariana also works directly with select Trescore clients when the engagement requires input from a globally experienced PR Executive.
